Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.  Items over £100 are normally sent by Special Delivery which includes insurance up to £500.  If your items are under £100 and you wish to have them sent by special delivery please call the shop.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Unsuitable goods may be returned for exchange or refund within 2 weeks of purchase, if they are returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Terms for sale of Pre-worn Dancewear

We will accept pre-worn dancewear into our showroom at reasonable prices (TBA) for three months. The goods must be clean, stoned and in near new condition. If the item is sold Ipswich Dancewear will pay the customer the retail price less 20% commission.

While the goods are in our care, we will do our best to
see that they remain clean and in good condition, but we take no responsibility
for accidental damage or loss which may occur.

We reserve the right to reduce the asking price
of the goods after 3 months and to dispose of items which are left with us longer than one year.
